   Cranial Sacral Therapy has its roots in Cranial Osteopathy. Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands on approach to bodywork. It focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum, and the underlying structures. The main objective is to find restrictions and/or compression in these areas and use specifically designed techniques to release these areas.

  The cranial sacral system produces a rhythm, much like the cardiac and circulatory systems. This movement is referred to as the Cranial Rythm. Once a practitioner determines areas of compression or restrictions, gentle non-intrusive techniques are applied to release those areas.

The therapist will transport table/chair to your place of business and set up for clothed , therapeutic massage. No oils or lotions are used. Your employees will gain the benefits of Occupational Health. Each employee will also receive the benefit of learning a method of stretching all the muscles that are linked to the carpal tunnel. Reducing the need for carpal tunnel surgery.
